This allowed me to learn at my own pace but didn\'t work out so well when I needed help was convinced that there must be a better way to learn to use a computer. Finally I found it! A series of CD discs which covered all that anyone needs to learn from beginner to advanced level. These inter-active discs presented the information in a way that is easy to follow and understand. You can constantly update your knowledge as new CDs appear dealing with the latest topics. I felt confident and thanks to these CDs I made progress.
Being able to use a computer does not, however, protect us or equip us to find solutions to their problems. I needed a technical support service which offers a very high level of support.
